IT Lead (Dotnet Developer + Project Manager Role)

🔹 Technical Software Lead (Developer + PM Role) We are seeking a Technical Lead with a strong foundation in .NET development who has evolved into a technical leadership or project oversight role. This hybrid position is ideal for someone who still enjoys hands-on coding but also takes ownership of project execution, team mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll play a key role in leading sprints, architecting solutions, and supporting project delivery, working alongside project managers and developers to ensure successful, timely, and high-quality software deployments. Key Responsibilities Participate in hands-on coding, especially in complex or high-impact modules Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and delivering software projects. Lead and mentor development teams in .NET technologies (ASP.NET MVC/Core, C#, SQL Server). Act as a technical point of contact between developers and non-technical stakeholders. Oversee daily development activities including resource allocation, risk tracking, and task prioritization. Drive code quality, scalability, and performance standards across all deliverables. Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives following Agile best practices. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specs, timelines, and status reports. Ensure projects stay on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent. 5–7 years of experience in .NET development and leading technical teams or projects. Strong knowledge of Agile/SCRUM methodologies. Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and scalable solution design.
