SummaryAs the IT Manager for Chubb Singapore, you will support daily IT operations and lead the implementation and evolution of digital applications and infrastructure. Your mission is to meet the dynamic needs of our business and ensure our technology remains current and compliant.ResponsibilitiesLeadership: Join the Chubb leadership team and report directly to the local Managing Director and Regional IT head in Hong Kong. Be a driving force in our IT strategy!Business Partnership: Collaborate with local business unit heads to provide digital solutions and drive impactful changes.Incident Resolution: Engage with business end users, global and regional IT colleagues, and IT vendors to swiftly resolve incidents and deliver exceptional service on requests and projects.Application Support: Partner with application support vendors to enhance business applications, including ERP systems like SAP, and tackle new requests or issues.Infrastructure Support: Oversee local network and server infrastructure, working with support vendors to implement and troubleshoot as needed.Security Monitoring: Support, with the assistance of vendors, the IT aspect of the Chubb Security Monitoring Center, consisting of servers, network equipment, physical appliances and command center centric applications and database.Project Management: Lead local IT projects from inception to completion and coordinate global or regional IT initiatives.End User Computing (EUC): Manage local IT staff to provide top-notch EUC support and create Standard Work for internal and third-party use.Cost Management: Take charge of local IT cost management, reporting, budgeting, and financial planning.Compliance: Ensure IT compliance with company policies and legislation, including audit support.Data Protection: Collaborate with stakeholders to safeguard business data and be a member of the local data protection committee.Environmental Health and Safety: Comply with Chubb Environmental Health and Safety procedures, and Ethics program. RequirementMinimum 5 years of IT experience with infrastructure, business applications, and end user support.Proven track record in running and completing IT projects.Familiarity with maintaining enterprise web applications and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE).Experience in managing a team.Broad general knowledge of enterprise IT concepts in terms ofNetwork (Cisco switch, routers, APs, PA firewall, DMZ), Windows Servers/SQL database, Azure cloud hosting, AD/M365, ERP system, and Microsoft Power Platform.Experience in managing support partners in a highly outsourced environment.Fluency in English, both spoken and written; fluency in other languages is an added advantage.Formal qualification or accreditation in an IT-related discipline.Experience working in an MNC environment.Self-starter, able to work independently with minimal management.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.Able to work methodically and at a detailed technical level as requiredCustomer focused and delivery drivenStructured and analytical approach to planning and problem solvingAdditional InformationAbout Us, Our Culture & What We Can Offer YouEstablished over 200 years ago, Chubb Fire & Security are a global business driven by keeping people and the world safe.
