Since 1995, first variable-speed Concycle® generators and power conversion technology is being used in marine applications, Uninterruptible Power Supply as well as in upcoming wind and solar/PV applications.As of today, we are looking to a legacy of more than 23,000 converter systems in on - and offshore applications, shipped to 47 different countries worldwide, which correspond to more than 45GW of installed power.Our R&D centers in Kempen, Krakow and Sofia as well as our global service hubs support our global customer base on all continents.In Sofia we are looking for an IT Manager (m/w/d).We are looking for an IT Manager who will strengthen our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central landscape and contribute to the development of a scalable, data‑driven environment at ConverterTec. In this role, you will optimize Finance, Logistics, and Production processes, deliver reliable Power BI dashboards, and support the multi‑country ERP rollout across Germany, Poland, and Bulgaria. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will help unify data flows, improve reporting efficiency, and ensure consistent, high‑quality information across the organization. Your Tasks:Ongoing AccountingConfigure & maintain D365 Business Central (Finance, Logistics, Production modules; workflows; permissions; extensions).Map, analyze, and optimize business processes, translating them into scalable ERP solutions.Develop Power BI dashboards and data models, ensuring high data quality and reliability.Support ERP rollout across ConverterTec Group: fit‑gap analysis, migration, UAT, documentation, training, and hypercare.Work with SQL to support reporting, data structures, and integrations between systems.Provide ERP & BI support, resolve incidents, document knowledge, and drive continuous improvement.Analyze business processes and design IT system solutions, including integration of new technologies and third-party systems to support business opportunities and standardized processes. Lead and coordinate business systems projects (multi-site), acting as a liaison between business users, IT, and vendors across selection, implementation, testing, and ongoing support. Drive change and adoption of new systems and processes, supporting users through training, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.Your Profile:Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Finance, Logistics, Production).Solid knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling and DAX.Proficiency in SQL for reporting and system integrations.Experience with data analytics or data engineering, including data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or similar modern data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Synapse).Understanding of semantic models, data quality principles, and scalable BI architectures.Strong analytical and process‑oriented mindset with the ability to work in a global environment.Experience with AL extensions, APIs, or system integrations is a plus.Willingness to travel occasionally.Benefits:A central, impactful role in shaping our ERP and BI ecosystem across multiple entities.Opportunities for further professional development in ERP, BI, and digital transformation.Great work conditions inside a worldwide group.Permanent employment contract.Social benefits package (additional health and dental insurance, food vouchers, and parking/transportation card).ConverterTec special discounts.Join our team and work in a dynamic and engaging environment.
