IT Manager / Head of IT (Team 4) | Salesforce experience preferred | HKD 50K - 70K / mth | Leading NGO

Our client is a reputable non-profit organisation in Hong Kong. To strengthen their technology capabilities, they are looking for an experienced IT Manager / IT Head to lead their IT operations. The successful candidate will manage a small team of 4–5 members, overseeing both infrastructure and applications, including CRM and reporting systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the daily operations of the IT team; develop and implement IT strategies and improvement initiativesOversee and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud environments, and information securityManage and enhance business applications, especially Salesforce, CRM platforms, and internal systemsImprove data management and reporting capabilities to support business decision-makingCollaborate with cross-functional departments to understand needs and deliver suitable technical solutionsManage external vendors, including procurement, evaluation, and project coordinationEstablish and maintain IT policies, procedures, and security standardsRequirementsMinimum 8 years of IT-related work experience, including at least 3 years in IT management or team leadershipHands-on experience with Salesforce, CRM systems, or related platformsStrong knowledge of IT infrastructure (network/server/cloud) and application managementExperience in data analysis or reporting tools is an advantageStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in NGOs or social service organisations is a plus (but not required)
