IT MANAGERKey ResponsibilitiesOversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage systems, and cloud platforms to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical manufacturing systems and business applications.Team lead for ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow between production, quality, and business systems while maintaining cybersecurity frameworks for industrial environments.Lead and develop IT team, providing mentorship and establishing IT service management processes following ITIL frameworks.Drive digital transformation, including IoT sensor integration, predictive analytics, automated data collection systems, and real-time production monitoring platforms to enhance manufacturing efficiency.Ensure compliance with semiconductor industry standards including ISO 9001, ISO 27001, customer-specific IT requirements, and manage IT audit processes with quality assurance teams.Develop annual IT budgets and capital expenditure plans.Coordinate with global IT teams and regional headquarters to ensure consistent technology standards, knowledge sharing, and alignment with international operations.Lead IT disaster recovery and business continuity planning, conducting regular testing and updates while providing strategic IT consultation to senior management on technology investments and operational improvements.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field with minimum 8-10 years of progressive IT management experience, including at least 5 years in manufacturing environments, preferably semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.Proven expertise with manufacturing IT systems including ERP and industrial automation systems, plus strong background in enterprise infrastructure management with virtualization and cloud platforms.Demonstrated leadership experience managing IT team with excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, including ability to interact with international teams and present to executive leadership.Understanding of manufacturing processes, with experience in cybersecurity for industrial environments.
