IT Manager

ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Manager to lead our technology operations in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This role is responsible for overseeing the IT infrastructure, managing internal system development, and ensuring seamless integration and optimization of our SAP system. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, hands-on technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to support business growth through technology.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the IT team to ensure efficient support and development of internal systems tailored to business needs.Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cybersecurity protocols.Manage and optimize SAP system performance and integration across departments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with FMCG industry standards.Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of hardware/software.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend innovations that support business objectives.RequirementsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.Proven experience in SAP system management and customization.Strong understanding of FMCG business processes and internal system development.Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.Experience with cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and IT governance.Certifications such SAP-related credentials are a plus.
