Backed since May 2022 by Riverside Europe (a Private Equity firm), Il Pastaio is embarking on international growth, including the acquisition of Canuti Tradizione Italiana in Rimini. U. S. ExpansionIl Pastaio is currently developing its first North American manufacturing facility in Allenwood, Pennsylvania—a 71,300 sq ft plant in the Great Stream Commons business park, part of a $12. 5M investment expected to create around 75 jobs in Union County. The site is located in a Keystone Opportunity Zone. Role OverviewThe IT Manager is responsible for ensuring the robust performance of the company’s IT infrastructure and services.
This role includes providing technical support, maintaining critical systems, supporting IT-related projects, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure operational continuity, system security, and compliance with technology standards.
Key Responsibilities• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for hardware, software, and network-related issues• Manage and monitor Windows/macOS endpoints and mobile device configurations• Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and business applications• Support cloud-based services such as Microsoft 365, and backup solutions• Administer Active Directory, Exchange, and identity management tools• Collaborate on cybersecurity enforcement and vulnerability mitigation• Oversee ERP and MES system operations and coordinate updates• Ensure business continuity via disaster recovery planning and system backup integrity• Participate in IT improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects• Document IT policies, procedures, and system configurationsRequirements• University Degree in Information Technology• Strong experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration• Working knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and endpoint protection tools• Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration skills• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks• Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plusWhat We Offer• A pivotal role in launching our first U.
