JOB SUMMARYUnder the direct supervision of the Data Protection and IT Compliance DepartmentHead (DH), performs duties and responsibilities related to the management of AML system and implementation of Bank’s IT Compliance program.JOB DESCRIPTIONProvides assistance and contribute to the Department Head and to DP & ITCompliance Testing Specialist on the following- Preparation and updating of the Bank’s IT Compliance Testing PlanConduct of independent compliance testing of IT and Information Security Units relating to the Banking laws, rules, and regulationsMaintain Working Papers/documentation of findings and prepares corresponding comments sheetsCoordinate and Discuss with the unit Management regarding findings/ exceptions noted in order for the Unit to respond and/or take appropriate course of actionPrepares draft report for endorsement to and review of the DH and assist the DH in preparation of report of results to the Corporate Governance Committee.Monitors the status of remedial plans taken on issues arising from Independent TestingRecommends changes/enhancements in the AML SystemCoordinates with IOPD, operating units on AML software functional/technical requirementsElevates and coordinates with IOPD, all issues/concern/GAPs noted on the AML system, and monitors their final resolutionCoordinates with the vendor on the implementation of the AML systemFacilitates data extraction from AML system for report preparation; andPrepares various reports in relation to data/information maintained in the AML systemInitiates action on all issues concerning the Compliance Division and recommends solutionEscalates unresolved issues/concerns to the DH for information or immediate resolutionConducts regular meetings and discussionsProvides assistance to Business Units’ inquiriesPromotes best practice and ethical standardsPerforms other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
