Job Description

Role:Provide day to day local/remote desktop supportHandle inbound calls and answer questionsTroubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing systemRequirements:18 months of IT experience (or equivalent).Ability to build relationshipsExcellent time management skillExperience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project productsFluent in Swedish and English languageInstall, upgrade, support and troubleshoot XP, Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and any newer version of windows operating system Microsoft Office and other authorized desktop applicationsBroad Experience of IT with basic understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, and Smar Devices and TelecomsCompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or better preferred but not essentialBenefits:Buddy programCollective agreementInternal career development programOnboarding programBe Part of UsHemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
