This platform enables product teams to build secure, scalable solutions in a dynamic environment.ResponsibilitiesTeam Management:Mentor operators and SRE engineers, refine processes to meet SLAs, and ensure compliance with internal standards.Reporting & Process EnhancementManage data collection, prepare reports (weekly, monthly, yearly), and lead meetings for incident, change, and release reviews.Technical & Security Issue HandlingCollaborate with engineers and legal/security experts to remediate issues and maintain compliance.Product Management Oversee documentation updates, asset inventory, and conduct budget reviews.Required Qualifications5+ years in operations management with proven problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience as an AWS Administrator.Strong knowledge of IT service management and process improvement.Excellent delegation, organizational control, and customer service skills.Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitHub.Fluent English communication.If you are interested please apply through this page or email your resume to jooeun.ahn@teksystems.com.
