Our main solutions include payment acquisition for digital commerce, transaction processing, and technological solutions for businesses.Are you ready to shine? 🌟As IT Platform Administration Analyst your responsibilities will be:Responsible for the operation, administration, and continuous improvement of the technological platforms that enable the organization's services. It encompasses the management of operating systems (Windows, Unix), middleware components, automation, monitoring tools, and technical applications, with the goal of ensuring their availability, performance, security, and stability.Responsibilities include configuration, administration, monitoring, applying updates, backups, incident resolution, and specialized support. Additionally, the role collaborates with development, security, and operations teams to implement improvements, enforce standards, and ensure service continuity.Ensure efficiency of IT infrastructure.Participate in strategic and tactical planning activities with business units to understand their vision and roadmap requirements, providing Business Opportunity.In addition, you can make a difference if you meet:Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field.At least Two (2) years of experience years of related experience administrating servers (Windows, Unix), web applications, and communication systems.Previous experience in IT systems infrastructure is preferred.Knowledge of SNMP protocol, due is the most common way to communicate in the monitoring tools. - Skills in; WAN, Network Security, TCP IP, Wireless, Information Technology, LAN and Windows and Unix servers, is preferred.Scripting skills (for configuration and editing monitoring tools), preferred.Ability to analyze complex problems.The ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.Excellent Teamwork and Customer service-oriented skills.Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and oralWe provide great benefits, such as:-Scholarship Program-Evertecuniversity-Medical Insurance-Talent Referral ProgramWork hoursMonday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pmAvailable to work extended hours, weekends, and/or holidays as needed, and the availability to travel as required, supporting projects in the region.
