Offices: Paris, Lyon, Toulouse and Blagnac.We are seeking for an IT Problem Manager Specialist to fill multiple position to join our team at a client’s facility in Paris.Important details3 days/ week- Work from office (Client Location)Language: French (C1) + EnglishYears of experience: 8+yearsResponsibilitiesDrafting of post-mortem documents and analysis reports on production quality monitoring indicatorsReporting on the monitoring of service management processes, in particular problem managementMinutes of production quality monitoring sessions and business continuity exercisesProblem trend analysis and recommendations for continuous improvementDocumentation of known errors and associated workaroundsRoot cause analysis reports for recurring problems and major incidentsMandatory skillsITIL processesAbility to identify and analyze problem trends across IT servicesKnowledge of Known Error Database (KEDB) managementExperience with root cause analysis methodologies and toolsTechnical Communication – Translates technical impacts of changes for both IT teams and business stakeholders.Infrastructure Awareness – Understands systems architecture, dependencies, and risk areasReady for a new challenge?
