Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT PMO Analyst to support project governance, reporting, and coordination for IT initiatives within the banking domain. The role involves working closely with Project Managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with governance standards. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring IT project activities, milestones, and deliverables. Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, risk logs, and issue trackers. Ensure adherence to the bank's PMO governance framework, processes, and templates. Coordinate meetings, document minutes, and follow up on action items.

Consolidate and analyze project data for management reporting and dashboards. Support resource allocation, budgeting, and vendor management activities. Assist in audit and compliance checks for project documentationRequirementsKey Skills & Requirements: 1-4 years of experience in IT PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Administration (banking/financial domain preferred). Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tools (JIRA, MS Project, or equivalent). Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail. Understanding of IT project lifecycles and basic technical concepts. Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field. Project management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation) is an added advantage
