Role Description This is a full-time on-site position for an IT Project Manager based in Japan. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing IT projects to ensure they are completed on time and within scope. Daily responsibilities include liaising with stakeholders, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring resource optimization. The role will also involve monitoring project progress, ensuring compliance with organizational objectives, and facilitating communication among team members. Qualifications Proven expertise in IT project management, including planning, execution, and risk managementStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilitiesFamiliarity with SAP, ORACLE, or related enterprise systems is a plusProficiency in using project management tools and softwareBachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP certification is highly preferredAbility to work effectively under pressure and adapt to dynamic project environmentsFluency in English; additional proficiency in Japanese is advantageous
