We are Monterail - a team of :130 experts working together to create meaningful software.As a software agency, we collaborate with multiple clients, so as a Project Manager, you will most likely run a few projects simultaneously. The structure of our Delivery Team includes 8 PM experts alongside 3 Delivery Managers. Project workHelp build web/mobile applications from the prototyping and building phase to the realisation phase of new features or whole products. Organise project workflows and facilitate regular team meetings: stand-ups, sprint plannings, retros etcSet the project flow using different tools and methods like burndown chart, sticky notes or Gantt's chartWork with client budget sheets, take ownership of the project's budget, schedule and deliveryChallenge your team and a client to ensure the best balance of product quality and work efficiency Client CommunicationAct as a project advisor, taking into consideration the client's roadmap, ideas, and perspective as well as our internal possibilities - we are not a product company, we are always a 3rd party to a client but our mission is to balance both sidesWork according to the core hours 10:00 - 15:00, with a flexible approach to client availability Team collaborationCoordinate a project team composed of Backend, Frontend or Mobile Developers, supported by QA Specialists and Client Designers Work closely with a Tech Lead to tackle the technological complexity, create the project backlog and prioritize itRequirementsTo feel comfortable in your daily jobSolid background in web and mobile product development, and hands-on insight into how web and mobile applications workKnow the difference between backend and front-end, what's an API, what aspects have an impact on software quality etcCommercial project management experience, especially with products that were built as MVP or were scaling (SaaS, e-commerce)Deep understanding of Agile, and Scrum, ability to facilitate effective meetingsExperience with daily contact with Product Owners, Business, and Technical LeadersEnglish proficiency (min.
