Job Description

Responsibilities- Project Planning & Execution: Analyze project requirements and develop detailed project plans and timelines. Lead the end-to-end delivery of approved projects and programs. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and in compliance with regulatory and process requirements. - Cross-Functional Management: Manage large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving internal teams and outsourced IT vendors. Estimate work efforts, define milestones, allocate resources, and track deliverables. - Monitoring & Risk Control: Track project progress, manage dependencies, and evaluate potential risks. Report regularly to stakeholders and senior management. Identify and escalate critical issues and ensure appropriate resolution.  - Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination: Serve as the central communication point between engineering, business analysts, business leads, and external vendors. Integrate activities by managing interdependencies and aligning priorities across functions. Oversee business aspects of engineering, including third-party software and vendor management.  - Process Improvement & Governance: Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and engineering processes. Implement best practices, templates, and tools to standardize and enhance project execution. Ensure change control and reporting processes comply with project management standards. - Performance & Quality Management: Monitor performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities. Ensure project quality and support teams in balancing priorities to meet strategic objectives. RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Project Management, or related fields. Over 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or Tech Project Manager role, ideally within a software development environment. Preferred certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, PCM, or equivalent. Practical experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies; adaptable application to project needs. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Effective multitasking and time management. High emotional intelligence; able to motivate and influence across diverse functions. Independent, self-motivated, and proactive problem-solving mindset. Experience in managing Web, Mobile (Native App), and CMS projects is highly desirable. Familiarity with retail and e-commerce business processes is a plus.
