Location: Gothenburg, SwedenDepartment: Information TechnologyEmployment Type: Full-Time, 1–2 Year Contract (with Possibility of Extension)Langauge: Swedish and EnglishAbout Technologist 365Technologist 365 AB is part of 365 Companies AB, a growing ecosystem of ventures that includes Technologist 365 (IT & SaaS Solutions), Health Connect 365 (Healthcare Staffing & Technology), and Clixito 365 (B2C, B2B & eCommerce launching in 2026 with Zero-Hero University).Technologist 365 drives innovation in IT consulting, cloud architecture, modernization, and SaaS development, helping organizations transform and operate with greater intelligence and agility.Our mission is to build next-generation, AI-driven, and cloud-native solutions that empower businesses to modernize their systems, migrate seamlessly to scalable platforms, and enhance operational efficiency.We collaborate with some of the world’s leading technology companies to deliver enterprise-grade modernization, migration, and transformation programs across multiple industries — including finance, insurance, healthcare, and public services.Job SummaryTechnologist 365 is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in solution modernization, migration, and digital transformation.This role involves leading end-to-end modernization and migration initiatives for major enterprise clients, transforming legacy systems into modern, scalable, and secure solutions.The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise, technical understanding of development and architecture, and commercial acumen to align technology delivery with business value.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Modernization & MigrationLead modernization projects from legacy systems to modern, cloud-based or hybrid environments.Define, plan, and execute migration roadmaps ensuring scalability, security, and minimal disruption.Collaborate with architects and developers to design microservices or container-based modernization solutions.Manage full project lifecycles — from assessment and planning to delivery and optimization.Sales & Business EngagementSupport pre-sales activities with solution roadmaps, proposals, and modernization strategies.Translate technical opportunities into tangible business outcomes for clients.Collaborate with business and solution teams to identify expansion opportunities in ongoing engagements.Project ManagementDevelop detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and risk management.Apply agile methodologies to enhance project collaboration and delivery performance.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.Track financial performance and ensure project profitability.Stakeholder & Client ManagementAct as the main point of contact for project communication and client alignment.Conduct progress reviews, steering meetings, and retrospectives.Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive engagement and transparency.Reporting & QualityProvide clear progress, risk, and performance reporting to leadership and clients.Ensure deliverables meet technical, functional, and quality standards.Conduct post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Master’s degree or MBA preferred.Experience:7+ years of experience in IT project management with focus on modernization and migration.Proven record in cloud migrations (AWS or IBM Cloud) and modernization projects.Experience working closely with development teams and solution architects.Prior involvement in pre-sales or customer-facing consulting roles is highly valued.SkillsStrong understanding of modern architectures, microservices, and API-driven design.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Strong business and sales awareness, able to connect technology to ROI.Skilled in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or similar tools.Fluent in English; Swedish proficiency is a plus.Preferred CertificationsPMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACPCertified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFeCloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or IBM Cloud)Why Join Us?Lead enterprise modernization and migration programs that shape the digital future.Work in a fast-growing, innovation-driven ecosystem with global impact.Collaborate with high-performing teams and industry-leading partners.Enjoy competitive compensation, flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth.Application Process: Please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your experience in modernization, migration, and project leadership.Technologist 365 is an equal opportunity employer.
