Your personal growth is our goal.Responsibilities:Leading the initiation, definition and implementation of the programBuilding a program roadmap and ensuring that it is realizedManaging a team of experienced project managersFollow-up of the realization of the program objectivesReporting on the progress of the realization of the program objectives to the business managementFollow-up of the benefit realization and the costs incurredManagement of the program risks and dependencies with other programs and projectsMonitoring the proper functioning of the core teamQualificationsMaster degree in applied economics/engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics+4 years experience in consultancy and if possible experience in managing complex programsExperience with ERPs implementation (e.g. SAP, Oracle...)Strong leadershipGood facilitatorBeing able to bring structure, being able to keep calmLanguages: Proficiency in French and English is essential; proficiency in Luxembourgish is considered a plus.Additional InformationWe are unable to provide a work permit for this positionSia is an equal opportunity employer.
