You’ll play a key role in sourcing, engaging, and hiring top technical talent for our clients across Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career who’s passionate about IT and eager to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.Locations: Warsaw, Wrocław, or Katowice (Hybrid work model)Contract Type: B2B or Permanent EmploymentWhat You’ll DoManage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and engineering roles.Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project needs.Provide a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably within IT or technical roles).Experience in outsourcing, nearshoring, or IT services is a strong plus.Familiarity with the Polish IT talent market.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in English (required); Polish fluency is a plus.What We OfferHybrid work model (office + remote).Choice of B2B or permanent contract.Health insurance coverageFlex spending card for personal benefits (shopping, gym, etc.)A collaborative, international, and growth-focused environment.
