Company OverviewNexus TRS is a full-service manpower consultancy division that provides full-fledged recruitment solutions for clients managing complex IT, Technology, Engineering, and Infrastructure projects.We are hiring for our major client, a global consulting and technology services provider, driving transformative solutions for customers worldwide.Role: IT Recruiter / Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition SpecialistKey Responsibilities And Requirements Proficiennt in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese or Tamil Bachelor's degree in IT or similar 5 Years of Experience in IT Recruitment in Malaysia Market is mandatory. Coordinate with Lead and Business Development Team to identify staffing needs Determine selection criteria Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., Social Media platforms and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidate Experience in hiring IT Technologies 2-3 years of recent experience in Malaysia recruitment Familiar with Malaysia employment pass regulations In-depth knowledge of full cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments etc.) Hands-on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards Great interpersonal and communication skillsSkills: assessment,technology,tamil,social media,recruiter,recruitment,employer branding,candidate sourcing,hiring,it,networking,branding,interviewing,chinese,it recruitment,bahasa malaysia,applicant tracking system,social media recruiting
