Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our growth in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. This key role focuses on expanding our market presence, increasing revenue, and aligning our IT consulting solutions—spanning software development, DevOps, digital transformation, API services, IT infrastructure services, and systems integration—with client needs. You will lead a sales team, manage the entire sales process from strategy to execution, and build strategic relationships with executive clients to drive long-term business success.  Key Responsibilities  Sales Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage the entire sales process from strategy development, client engagement, and deal closure to post-sales coordination. Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the FSI market, ensuring our offerings meet client needs and deliver business value. Drive team performance and sales growth by setting clear goals and KPIs aligned with the company’s objectives. Team Leadership & Performance Management Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, focusing on continuous development and achieving revenue targets. Provide end-to-end team management, including recruitment, performance evaluation, coaching, and talent development. Foster a collaborative, success-driven culture within the sales organization. Executive Client Engagement & Relationship Building Leverage an existing network of C-level executives and key decision-makers to open doors and build long-term client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions that address their strategic priorities. Ensure high levels of client engagement and satisfaction, driving repeat business and fostering client advocacy. Pipeline & Forecasting Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and clear visibility of upcoming opportunities. Tailor proposals, presentations, and solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of executive-level clients. Drive the achievement of revenue and growth targets while maintaining client-centric approaches. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Alignment Work closely with internal teams (technical and delivery) and relevant products to ensure seamless solution delivery and client success. Collaborate with senior management to refine go-to-market strategies and align sales objectives with overall business goals. Market Intelligence & Strategic Insights Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the BFSI sector. Provide strategic insights and market feedback to inform sales strategy, product development, and competitive positioning.  Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of experience in sales leadership within the FSI sector, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end sales processes and achieving sales targets.Extensive experience from top-tier System Integrator (SI) companies with a highly competitive and fast-paced business environment is essential.Strong network and established connections with C-level executives and senior decision-makers in the BFSI industry. Deep understanding of FSI products and services, including payments, lending, core banking, cash management, cloud solutions, and digital transformation. Demonstrated expertise in consultative and solution-based selling, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams, with a focus on coaching and talent growth. High business acumen, analytical problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking abilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior executives. Fluency in Thai and English is highly desirable.
