Job DescriptionWe are looking for IT Sales Executive for our Bahrain Location with the following skill set,Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT staffing/services. Client Acquisition: Prospect and acquire new clients needing IT professionals/staffing. Solution Selling: Pitch tailored IT staffing solutions (contract, permanent, project-based). Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with client decision-makers. Needs Analysis: Understand client tech/business needs to propose fitting staffing solutions. Sales Target Achievement: Meet defined revenue targets for IT staffing services. Candidate Sourcing Collaboration: Work with recruitment teams for candidate delivery. Proposal Preparation: Create proposals outlining service scope, benefits, commercial terms. Client Communication: Regularly update clients on service delivery, address queries. Market Insight: Stay updated on IT trends, skill demands, and competitor activity. Required Skills Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to sell services and negotiate deals. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication for client interactions. IT Industry Knowledge: Understanding of IT technologies, staffing models beneficial. Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. Analytical Skills: Assess client needs, map with service offerings. Result Orientation: Focus on achieving sales targets. Adaptability: Adapt to changing client needs, market dynamics.
