IT Sales Manager - ICT Solutions - Abu DhabiThe Senior Key Account Manager will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relations with existing clients. Key Responsibilities:Full responsibility for managing accounts, ensuring all necessary resources are coordinated to achieve the desired outcomes. This includes acting as a key interface between the customer and all relevant parties, both internally and externally, for site visits, solution presentations, proof of concepts, proposal and bid submissions, contract negotiations, project implementation, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring external resources respond to customer needs and inquiries promptly.Final checkpoint before submitting proposals to customers, responsible for verifying prices, terms and conditions, and technical information and architecture.Play a crucial role in new business pitches and are responsible for the effective onboarding of new clients.Conduct detailed account planning at the beginning of each fiscal year, understanding and documenting the customer's strategic initiatives, available budgets, key decision-makers, and factors involved in final decision-making. Assist in RFP preparation, maintain close follow-up until the contract is secured, update the account plan periodically on CRM, and keep management informed accordingly.Growing and developing existing clients while generating new business.Maintaining and enhancing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.Promoting and strengthening professional reputation with all parties at all times.Qualifications and Experience:5+ years of experience in a Sales or Key Account Management environment selling Enterprise Solutions (Network, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, Digital Transformation, etc.) Managing/winning Public Sector/Government clientele in Abu DhabiContribution of a minimum 3 - 3.5 million AED GP per year
