IT Security Engineer

Job Requirements – IT SecurityQualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Security or related field.Familiar with incident management, SOC operations, and security monitoring.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting IT security issues (e.g., VPN, firewall access, endpoint security).Ability to review, fine-tune, and update security device configurations, rules, and policies based on best practices and internal guidelines.Experience in security device governance, including signature updates, license monitoring, and device maintenance.Skilled in documentation and reporting of mitigation actions, configuration changes, and helpdesk handling.Knowledge of and/or experience managing the following security devices is an advantage:Fortigate FirewallFortiProxy Crowdstrike EDRAruba NAC F5 (LTM, GTM, Big IP DNS McAfee Solidcore Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
