In short: shaping FinTech.We are looking forIT Security EngineerTo join our team in TallinnWhat will be your challenge in the role:You will join the team of security specialists and enthusiasts to work with international stakeholders to resolve cybersecurity operations challenges and vulnerability compliance. You will navigate the SecOps landscape in our global company, be a responsible engineer for at least one of the cybersecurity defence capabilities, and successfully participate in a rotating security analyst role. Your tasks will include the following:Build, configure, test, and maintain dedicated cyber defence systemsMake sense of the influx of information through the myriad data sourcesStrive for automation of repeatable tasksGain situational awareness, determine the effectiveness of observed potential attacks, and perform event correlation using information gathered from various sources within the company.Perform cyber defence incident triage.Track and document cyber defence incidents from initial detection through final resolutionWhat you need to succeed in the role:Relevant university degree, or a great reason for not having oneSecurity or related background, with hands-on experience in cybersecurity management and operations toolsStrong IT skills, including knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and cloud servicesKnowledge of incident response, handling methodologies, and cybersecurity principlesReadiness to solve problems quickly while always looking for ways to improve the systemsYou can work independently, take responsibility, and perform well despite ambiguity or constant changes.
