Company DescriptionJoin an Operations team supporting the IT department in managing security projects from business requirements definition to project closure, ensuring compliance with security policies and the sustainability of implemented solutions.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Lead multiple IT security projects from goal definition to final delivery. Collaborate with architecture teams to design and implement optimal solutions. Oversee project execution using Prince2/PMP and Agile/Scrum methodologies, managing risks, budget, quality, security, and change. Work closely with the Security team to ensure alignment with governance frameworks, policies, and compliance requirements (ISO27001, NIS2, CIS Controls). Organize and facilitate steering committee meetings, communicate progress and decisions. Manage project closure and decommissioning, ensuring long-term sustainability. QualificationsGeneral Skills:Master’s degree or equivalent. At least 5 years’ experience in transversal IT project management and cybersecurity (systems, networks, data centers, application development). Strong knowledge of security standards (CIS Controls, ISO27001) and topics such as vulnerability management, hardening, and privileged access management. Proven experience working with stakeholders at all levels, up to executive management. Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English. Experience in an industrial environment is a plus. Project management certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile/Scrum) is an advantage. Technical Skills:Results-driven, tenacious, analytical, and pragmatic problem-solver. Proactive and forward-thinking. Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices and technologies (network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, IAM). Ability to translate compliance requirements (ISO27001, NIS2, CIS Controls) into concrete deliverables. Comfortable working with both technical experts and business stakeholders. Technical Environment:Main on-premises platform: Windows, with increasing use of Linux. Cloud: AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service) and other Azure services. DevOps/automation stack: Azure DevOps & pipelines, .Net, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, Chocolatey, Azure, Powershell, MsBuild, Windows DSC.
