We are strengthening our IT capability with an IT Service & Application Delivery Lead who will operate as a hands-on authority for IT service management and functional application support for the 130+ global employees of iiyama. This role is responsible for the day-to-day IT service management and application delivery at iiyama, reporting directly to the Head of Global Operations. You will balance IT service management with in-depth, practical application support expertise and execution, while collaborating with business stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience and a strong hybrid profile: capable of managing business relationships and external partners while also independently handling approximately 80% of (Microsoft 365) administration tasks. This role offers a unique opportunity for a proactive, hands-on IT professional to make a significant impact on the professionalisation of iiyama’s IT operations, strategy, and application functionality.  The individual should thrive in a dynamic, international, non-corporate environment, balancing IT service management with in-depth, practical application support expertise and execution. A self-starter and ‘feet in the mud’ kind of person, the candidate must be able to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities. WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER & KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExpert IT service management & advanced application supportMaintain accurate records of all company IT components and their relationships within iiyama’s system landscape.Oversee daily company wide IT service delivery (devices, networks, cloud) and core application functionality (focus on MS365 with back-up role for MS Business Centra, Product Information Management platform [CtD] and other to be defined tools) across locationsManage (MS365) IT incidents, problems, and changes to minimize service disruptions. Create and improve self-service platform, enabling users to find information, log requests, or resolve issues independentlyKnowledge management: Provide user support, training, and documentation for different core applications.Support key platform users for a.o PIM, MS BC, and other company wide used applications in gathering & analysis of user requirements for application enhancements and configurations Oversee and support the controlled management and implementation of changes to different IT services & infrastructure and coordinate user acceptance testing for the different platforms improvements.Oversee the lifecycle of all company’s IT assets from acquisition through disposal, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness Security, compliance, & risk managementDrive iiyama wide consistency in creation, implementation & adherence of IT security policies, procedures and regulations Proactively protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with security standards and regulations.Manage risk reporting, Audit evidence, management responses and audit follow-ups, drive ISO 27001 certification. User education through newsletters, training/ onboarding supportPartnerships, collaboration, & project supportOversight of IT service partners [software, infrastructure and hardware] (SLAs) for integration, maintenance, development, and security. Foster strong relationships with employees and departments across locations.Provide IT implementation support for business initiatives (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Digital Product Passport).Act as a liaison between users and vendor IT teams for application and service-related matters. Strategic IT development & innovationDevelop and translate company IT strategy and roadmap into actionable plans, focusing on Security, Data, Automation, and AI.Research, evaluate, and maintain a robust IT framework, advanced cybersecurity and integration technologies (APIs) and support business initiatives on implementation of automation, AI, business intelligence & data analytics solutions Leadership & team development:Manage IT resources: personnel (1fte dedicated locally), infrastructure and budgets.Daily management of central IT specialist.Support for local IT representatives (Poland, Germany, Taiwan).Support professional development through training and mentoring. YOUR PROFILETechnical education or equivalent, with proven hands-on experience in IT service management, project management, and system administration.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, networking, and security.Experience with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL), and functional application management of MS365; experience with MS Business Central and PIM systems is preferred.Proficiency with cloud computing technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), IT automation, and orchestration tools is a plus.Certifications related to IT infrastructure, security, or compliance (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, CISSP) are desirable; project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical troubleshooting approach.Self-driven, organised, and self-sufficient in daily operations; proactive in driving improvements and comfortable owning end-to-end casework in an international environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Excellent command of English; additional languages such as Dutch are a bonus.Willing to commute to our office in Hoofddorp 3-4 days per week (hybrid work model)YOUR BENEFITSA challenging position within a dynamic, international organization with a future-oriented visionCompetitive salary (plus annual performance-based bonus)Travel allowance and a monthly allowance towards internet connection and expenses for your home officeAttractive pension scheme (contributions fully paid by Employer)Hybrid work modelLearning & Development opportunities25 days holiday leaveWellbeing support and access to mental health resources (OpenUp)Team events and company celebrations (annual incentive trips with colleagues from all over Europe, free Friday lunch at the office) Equal Employment Opportunity iiyama international is an equal opportunity employer, fostering diversity and inclusion in our workforce.
