About the CompanyOur client is a leading international automotive group that represents several premium brands and is currently driving a large-scale digital and operational transformation across Europe. To strengthen its IT organization in Belgium, the company is looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager who will play a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and alignment of IT services with business needs.PositionAs IT Service Delivery Manager, you will be the primary IT partner for the local business and act as the main escalation point for all IT-related matters. You will oversee daily IT operations, ensure strong supplier management, and guarantee service excellence through well-defined processes and controls. Working closely with the Senior IT Manager and European project teams, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of IT operations and support the rollout of strategic initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for the local business and key stakeholders on all IT service matters.Ensure SLAs, KPIs, and ITSM processes are consistently met across internal and external service providers.Build strong relationships with local management, including Country Manager, Dealership Managers, and heads of Sales, Aftersales, Finance, and HR.Manage IT suppliers: approve invoices, control costs, and ensure compliance with corporate policies.Lead local IT compliance and audit activities (GDPR, IT Security, MCF).Collaborate with regional and global teams to implement frameworks such as NIST and ITGC.Support the transition of projects into Business-as-Usual (BAU) with proper documentation and process handover.Maintain and update IT service documentation (policies, procedures, manuals).Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are in place.Contribute to standardization and synergy initiatives across applications and infrastructure.ProfileMust-Haves5–10 years of experience in IT service delivery or IT operations.Proven track record in managing IT services, suppliers, and budgets.Experience with ERP systems and IT compliance (e.g. GDPR, MCF).Fluency in English and French or Dutch, with excellent English communication skills.Analytical, proactive, and hands-on with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.Calm and composed under pressure; strong stakeholder management skills.Team player with a collaborative attitude.Nice-to-HavesExperience in the automotive industry.Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service frameworks.Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and drive change.What’s in It for YouJoin a global, values-driven organization transforming the automotive sector.Hybrid working model with up to two days remote.Strong focus on professional growth and career development.Work with renowned international automotive brands.Be part of an inclusive, collaborative, and forward-thinking team culture.Interested?
