Job Description
We are looking for a proactive IT Service Desk Administrator to deliver fast, reliable first-line and second-line IT support across a global environment. This role requires someone who is passionate about service excellence, confident in handling Microsoft 365 and endpoint administration, and comfortable working in a 24×7 support model (rotational).What You Will DoProvide L1/L2 support for Microsoft 365 (Email, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, security compliance).Log, classify, assign and resolve IT incidents via Service Desk tools (e.g., ServiceNow/JIRA).Support desktop, applications and endpoint devices while minimizing downtime.Monitor IT systems, servers, antivirus, device compliance and escalate issues proactively.Assist with monthly patching, automation initiatives, and IT process documentation.Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure SLA compliance and smooth service delivery.Maintain IT asset inventory and follow ITIL & security compliance standards.What We Look For3-5+ years in IT Service Desk / IT Support in enterprise or hybrid cloud environments.Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Intune/Endpoint security.Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow/JIRA) and monitoring solutions.Understanding of ITIL, cybersecurity basics (MFA, zero-trust, device compliance).Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.Willingness to work in shift rotations (including nights/weekends if required).Nice to haveITIL Foundation / Microsoft 365 / Azure / ServiceNow or networking certifications.
