IT Service Desk Analyst - Italian and English

ALDI International IT Services has a significant role available within ALDI SÜD. We provide IT support to our employees in our stores and offices in eight European countries. We operate in two different, continuously growing locations in Budapest and Pécs. In this context, we are looking for a new colleague in this current role.My responsibilities:Within the international IT department of ALDI SÜD, you are responsible for delivering high quality support by fulfilling the below tasks.IT support of our European stores, offices and logistics centres by phone and e-mailAnalysing and working towards the resolution of emerging IT errorsRecord, track and follow up on incidents and requestsCollaboration with training, quality and expert groupsInstallation of programs, data backup and support of technicians with remote accessTesting of new hardware and softwareThe knowledge I own:Confident intermediate or higher Italian AND English written and oral language skillsWillingness to work in shifts, on weekends and on bank holidays (additional shift allowance is applicable)Eager to learn and adopt to changes and new IT solutionsCustomer focus with strong communication skillsMaintain a high standard towards own workTeam playerHigh school diploma or higher educationRelevant work experience is not required.
