This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for IT support, and fluency in both English and Chinese.✅ Key Requirements:Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Helpdesk or Service Desk roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacityFluent in English and Chinese (both spoken and written) – this is mandatoryStrong knowledge of ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and service desk operationsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skillsAble to start within 2 weeksMust be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident🎯 Responsibilities:Lead and mentor the IT Helpdesk/Service Desk team to ensure high-quality supportMonitor service levels and ensure timely resolution of incidents and requestsCollaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issuesDrive continuous improvement in service delivery and customer satisfactionPrepare reports and provide insights to management
