Their on-site and transparent services are tailored to meet the specific IT demands of businesses worldwide.Key Responsibilities:- Participate in the IT Service Center.- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services.- Register and update tickets (Incidents/Requests).- Distribute incoming tickets (Triage).- Install and configure hardware and software.- Manage assets, including computer warranties.- Oversee IT warehouse and inventory management.- Provide training and guidance to users as needed.- Escalate issues to the appropriate parties when necessary.- Participate in project work.- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and developments.- Provide support for Windows and iOS environments.Qualifications and Experience Requirements:- MBO Level 3+ or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software.- Experience with IT Service Management Tooling, Windows Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and Intune device management (preferred).- Proficiency in Windows 10/11, MacOS (preferred), iPhone, iOS, and Office 365 admin center, including Office 365 apps, Teams, SharePoint, etc.- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical and network issues.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Strong team collaboration skills.- Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in German or French is a plus.- Comfortable with patching new network ports (preferred).- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are advantageous.These are urgent openings starting in two weeks.
