By working both autonomously, and as part of the Technology team, you will assess issues and provide solutions for IT queries and requests that cannot be handled by Tier 1, through the application of in-depth knowledge, skills, and excellent customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming technical support of switches, network and hardwareAffectively handle IT queries/requests that have been escalated from a Tier 1 team memberInstalling and maintaining hardware and computer peripheralsEnsure that fixes are implemented to all systems and take steps to prevent the same problem occurring againProvide level 2 troubleshooting, both onsite and to remote sites of Endeavour Foundation, including subsidiariesRole RequirementsMinimum Tertiary qualification of Certificate III/ Diploma in Information Technology or related fieldIndustry qualifications such as CCNA, MCSA, ITIL are highly desiredDemonstrated experience of providing level 2 IT support both onsite and remoteExperience with MDM systems such as Intune or similar is desired.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 environments, Exchange, Azure AD and Network troubleshooting Experience using ticketing systems with an ITIL standardAustralian Citizenship OR Perm Residency Required, Obtain or Willing to obtain: Criminal History Screen, Blue card and NDIS Yellow Card.Benefits And PerksSalary Package up to $15,900 of your annual salary tax free, and additional $2,650 for meal and entertainment expensesHybrid working environment, 2 WFH days per week.Onsite Parking and Café in Support OfficeUse your pre-tax income to purchase a new or used car, saving on both the purchase price and running costs via a Novated Lease through Salary Packaging.Discounts on Corporate Private Health Insurance, selected Kia vehicles and white goods at Harvey NormanDiscounted family gym memberships through Fitness PassportSupportive induction and learning opportunities, with Reward and Recognition Program6 weeks paid parental leave for primary careIf you thrive on solving problems, love making tech feel effortless for others, and want to be part of a mission-driven organization, this is your moment.
