Responsibilities:Design and implement IT service management solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards.Develop service architectures and frameworks to support the organization's IT service management goals.Ensure integration of IT service management solutions with existing systems and processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define service levels, and ensure alignment with business objectives.Provide technical leadership and guidance on IT service management best practices and methodologies.Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT service management solutions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements.Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in IT service management and automation. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Extensive experience in IT service management, with a strong background in service design and architecture.Familiarity with ITIL practices and other industry standards for IT service management.Strong technical skills, with experience in designing and implementing complex IT systems and solutions.Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
