IT Service Manager

You will join our clients' IT Control & Service Management team in Amsterdam, working in an Agile environment alongside colleagues around the world. Your jobAs an IT Service Manager, you will support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management. You will:Support ITSM processes and act as a back-up when needed.Review processes to ensure they meet standards and policies.Create reports and presentations for stakeholders.Help ITSM owners with roadmaps and automation initiatives.Collaborate with global IT teams on projects and tasks.Manage relationships with stakeholders effectively.Your ProfileExperience with ITSM processes and tools (ServiceNow preferred).IT-related degree or equivalent experience.ITIL v4 certification preferred; NIST knowledge a plus.7–10 years of IT experience.Proactive, self-managing, and takes ownership of tasks.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.We OfferHybrid working, with at least 3 days/week.Flexible hours to work with global teams.A high-impact role in a diverse, international environment.25 vacation days.Our ClientOur client is a key player in the financial sector, known for its innovative approach of technology and data.
