You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with Danske Bank’s goals of delivering innovative, secure, and customer-centric solutions. Define and execute the technical vision for Generative AI initiatives within Corporate Channels, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance. Collaborate with engineers across teams to develop AI-powered solutions for channels and self-service platforms, from concept to production. Create and optimise prompt engineering frameworks, enabling effective utilisation of Generative AI models and ensuring high-quality outputs. Partner with stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and enhance customer experiences. Participate in cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless, high-quality solutions that meet business and customer needs. Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and efficient systems. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in Generative AI, prompt engineering, and cloud computing, driving continuous improvement and innovation. A great matchWe are seeking an experienced and collaborative engineer with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 7–8 years of experience in software engineering and cloud computing. You have a proven track record of delivering innovative AI-based solutions in a complex enterprise environment.Your qualifications include: Deep expertise in programming languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Go, and their associated frameworks. Strong experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, including serverless architecture and cloud-native solutions. Comprehensive knowledge of Generative AI technologies, including GenAI model APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering techniques. Proficiency in enterprise security best practices and their application in cloud and AI initiatives. Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Bonus points if you have: Experience in designing and implementing large-scale AI/ML systems in a regulated industry. Certification in cloud platforms or enterprise architecture. A strong network in the AI/ML community and experience representing organisations in external forums or conferences.
