So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.We are looking for a Solution Leader IT Finance (SAP FICO) who will be based in Jakarta.Your ‘day to day’Analyze existing business processes and propose solutions that will ensure the correct replication of all business transactions into SAP ERPApply extensive functional and technical SAP FICO skills to enable smooth implementation of Business requirements into SAP ERPAnalyze issues reported from Business that disrupt business continuity and provide alternate solution / permanent solutionAnalyze and challenge business requirements where needed to find an optimal solution that will fulfil the business needs, enable global business processes, while ensuring future-proof system architectureTranslate business requirements into user stories and functional specificationsAlign the technical solution design with solutions architects prior to the implementation of new system functionalitiesEnsure that solutions are implemented in accordance to the design decisions and within the agreed timelinesWho we’re looking forBachelor’s degree, preference from Information Technology or related majorMinimum having 5 years of functional and technical experience in the SAP Finance and Controlling domains, with minimum 3 SAP full implementation cyclesFluent in English with strong presentation and stakeholder management to support various regional clients with geographically dispersed teamAble to work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and the ability to multitask/prioritize a workload of competing prioritiesEager to learn and develop within an international contextAble to translate business requirements into system solutions using business process modeling, having out of the box mindset for problem solving and resolutionAble to explain complex topics in a simple wayAble to independently manage several tasks simultaneously and operate under tight deadlinesSolid understanding of common IT frameworks such as Agile, ITIL, PMP.
