Huawei is looking for a IT Solution Manager to join our team and drive IT solutions sales, customer engagement, and strategic growth. If you have a passion for technology, customer success, and business development, this role is for you!Key Responsibilities:- Act as a technical consultant, providing network design and planning proposals to customers.- Support the sales team with IT solutions design, demos, presentations, and pricing, while developing new clients and driving revenue growth.- Collaborate with account managers to develop competitive strategies, business plans, and action plans for IT solutions sales.- Gain deep customer insights, address pain points, and effectively present solutions to influence decision-making.- Execute corporate strategy, analyze market trends, and implement regional objectives.- Lead and build high-performing teams, ensuring organizational stability and growth.Requirements:- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, ICT, or related field (advantageous).- 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, with a strong track record in pre-sales and revenue generation.- Pre-sales experience in storage OEMs is a plus.- Strong ability to build client relationships and drive business growth.
