We are committed to delivering top-quality solutions and fostering long-term relationships with our clients and employees alike.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Application Specialist who can independently manage our company’s IT infrastructure, develop database applications, create tools to optimize workflows, and ensure seamless network functionality. This role combines IT support with development tasks and network administration, requiring a strong technical background in programming and system maintenance. Familiarity with Office 365 is essential, and we value a long-term commitment to growing alongside our company.Key Responsibilities:Application & Tool Development:Develop and maintain database applications using Microsoft Access.Design tools and applications using Python and Visual Basic to enhance productivity and streamline operations.Network Administration:Oversee and manage the company’s network systems, ensuring secure and efficient operation.Implement network configurations, monitor network performance, and troubleshoot connectivity issues.Ensure robust internet security measures are in place and up to date.IT Support & Maintenance:Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, responding promptly to service issues and requests.Provide technical support across the company, including creating procedural documentation and relevant reports.Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware or software issues.Set up accounts and profiles for new users and manage password-related support.Conduct hardware repairs and replace equipment when necessary.Test, evaluate, and support the rollout of new technology and applications within the organization.Train staff members to enhance their proficiency in IT systems and resolve issues.Experience & Qualifications:Proven experience as an IT Specialist, IT Support, or in a similar role, with expertise in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in developing database applications, especially with Microsoft Access, and in programming languages like Python and Visual Basic.Strong knowledge of network administration and internet security.Ability to set priorities, work within strict deadlines, and approach tasks with technical, logical thinking.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.Microsoft certification or a degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is a plus.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
