IT Specialist in Supply Chain Area

My responsibilities:Within the international IT department of ALDI SÜD, you are responsible for delivering high quality support by fulfilling the below tasks.Providing IT support for logistic users (European offices, warehouses, logistics centres) via tickets or in callsOur support scope focuses on the field of Supply ChainAnalyzing and working towards the resolution of emerging IT errors within the above mentioned fieldRecord, track and follow up on incidents and requestsCollaboration with training, quality and expert groupsParticipating further innovations and testing in the field of Supply ChainThe knowledge I own:Confident intermediate or higher English and German written and oral language skillsExperience with the following tools is an advantage: ServiceNow, SAP or any WMS systemsWillingness to work in shifts, on weekends and on bank holidays (additional shift allowance is applicable)Eager to learn and adopt to changes and new IT solutionsCustomer focus with strong communication skills, service desk experience is an advantageMaintain a high standard towards own workTeam playerRelevant work experience is not required.
