Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on IT Specialist who is hungry to grow, problem-solve, and take ownership of our firm's technical infrastructure. This individual will manage day-to-day IT operations, support attorneys and staff, ensure data security and compliance, and help implement systems that improve productivity and collaboration.This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and eager to build their career in a dynamic professional environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide daily IT support to attorneys and staff across hardware, software, and connectivity issuesMaintain and troubleshoot servers, workstations, printers, and networking systemsManage user access setup for new hires, including account creation, permissions, and system onboardingOversee device provisioning, configuration, and deployment for new and existing team membersMaintain detailed IT inventory records for laptops, peripherals, software licenses, and related equipmentAdminister firm-wide systems such as Microsoft 365, document management systems, and practice management toolsEnsure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable legal standardsCoordinate with outside vendors and service providers for specialized IT supportImplement and manage system backups, updates, and cybersecurity protocolsSupport employee onboarding and offboarding processes from a technology standpointResearch and recommend new tools and processes to enhance firm efficiency, scalability, and securityCompensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per yearRequirements2 - 5 years of IT experience, ideally in a professional services or law firm settingStrong understanding of networking, servers, and cloud-based systems (Microsoft 365, yes Power Automate, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)Familiarity with document management and legal practice management software a plus (e.g., NetDocuments, Clio, Etc.)Experience with access control, inventory tracking, and device lifecycle managementExcellent troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skillsProactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentPassion for learning and continuous improvementBenefitsWe're committed to supporting the well-being and success of our team through a robust and thoughtfully designed benefits package, including: 401(k) with Employer Match - Plan for your future with confidence and company support.
