Job Summary:We are seeking a structured and proactive IT Staff to join our Governance, Risk & Management (GRM) team for Managed Security Services (MSS). This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior talents passionate about IT governance and cybersecurity, focusing on monitoring compliance, supporting risk assessments, and maintaining GRC documentation.Key Responsibilities:Assist in monitoring compliance with security policies and standards (e.g., ISO 27001). Support the IT risk management process (identification, assessment, and treatment). Maintain and update GRC-related documentation, policies, and procedures. Help collect and prepare evidence for internal and external audits. Track and report on GRC metrics and key risk indicators (KRIs). Collaborate with technical teams to ensure security controls are implemented as documented. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field. Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of experience in IT GRC, IT compliance, or IT security operations. Strong understanding of basic cybersecurity concepts and GRC principles. Familiarity with standards like ISO 27001 or COBIT is a plus. Preferred Attributes:Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive and eager to learn about new security frameworks and regulations.
