最先端技術を駆使したデジタル化を推進し、グループ全体の変革を主導し、グローバル戦略に影響を与え、ビジネスをスケールアップさせましょう！現在、私たちは世界的な主要金融サービスグループ及び日本最大級の投資銀行と連携しており、下記のポジションのメンバーを求めています。募集ポジション: IT戦略部デジタル企画推進（企画・運営） 主な業務内容生成AIの活用推進： 生成AIを活用した新たなアプリケーションやサービス、社内向け研修等を各ビジネス部門と協働し企画立案・推進する AIガバナンス： セキュリティ、コンプライアンス、リスク管理、社内審査を含むAIガバナンス体制を構築し運営する 関係部門との連携： 関係部門（グローバルのAI推進・ガバナンス担当、リーガル・コンプライアンス・リスク管理部門等）との折衝および調整業務を行う プロジェクトマネジメント： ビジネス部門と連携したデジタルトランスフォーメーション(DX)を推進し、関連プロジェクトを管理する 先端技術調査： AIをはじめとする先端技術のリサーチや他社動向調査、有望な技術力を持つ企業との協業を検討する ステークホルダーマネジメント： AIに関するステアリング・コミッティ、経営層向け定例等、各種会議体の企画・運営を行う 必須要件プロジェクトマネージャーまたはビジネスアナリストとしての経験 IT開発・運用における基本的な知見・経験 関連ビジネス部署と連携して要件を具体的なシステムデザイン・実装に落とし込む分析力、課題解決力、主体的な推進力 プロジェクト関係者を目標に向かって導くコミュニケーション力、リーダーシップスキル MSオフィス製品（Word/Excel/PowerPoint）への習熟 ビジネスレベルの日本語力 あれば尚可のスキル・経験ITプロジェクト管理、PMOの経験 金融業界（証券、銀行、アセットマネジメント、リースなど）における実務経験（ベンダーとしての関与案件も含む）AI・機械学習開発プロジェクト経験（データクレンジング・モデル開発・MLOpsなどいずれの工程でも可）最新技術動向（特にAI領域）に対する知識・理解 ITセキュリティ・ITIL関連業務経験 クラウドサービス（SaaS・PaaS・IaaS）に関する評価・導入・運用経験 ITガバナンスの策定・運用経験（IT統制、リスク管理、コンプライアンス対応等。SOC2、ISO27001などのIT監査・認証対応経験者は更に歓迎）情報処理安全確保支援士、CISA、CISM、CISSP、CRISCなどの資格保持者 基礎的な英語力 内部管理責任者資格 Lead advanced initiatives to drive group-wide transformation, influence global strategy, and scale the business by promoting digitalization with cutting-edge technologies!Currently, we are working with a major global financial services group and Japan’s largest investment bank. We are looking for the following: Position: IT Strategy Department Digital Planning Promotion (Planning and Operation) Main ResponsibilitiesGenerative AI Promotion: Plan and drive new applications, services, and internal training using generative AI in collaboration with business units.AI Governance: Build and operate AI governance frameworks (security, compliance, risk management, internal reviews).Liaison: Negotiate and coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., global AI governance teams, legal/compliance/risk teams).Project Management: Drive DX in coordination with business units and manage related projects.Advanced Tech Research: Research cutting-edge technologies (especially AI), monitor industry trends, and consider collaborations with promising tech companies.Stakeholder Management: Plan and run governance bodies and meetings, including AI steering committees and regular briefings for executive leadership.Mandatory RequirementsExperience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst.Basic knowledge and experience in IT development and operations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and proactive driving skills to translate requirements into designs/implementations.Excellent communication skills and leadership to guide project stakeholders.Proficiency with MS Office products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).Business-level Japanese proficiency.Good to Have Skills & ExperienceExperience in IT project management or PMO.Practical experience in the financial industry (securities, banking, asset management, leasing; vendor engagements included).Experience in AI or machine-learning development projects (any phase, e.g., data cleansing, model development, MLOps).Knowledge and understanding of current technology trends, especially in the AI domain.Experience in IT security or ITIL-related work.Experience evaluating, implementing, or operating cloud services (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS).Experience formulating and operating IT governance (IT controls, risk management, compliance; IT audit experience like SOC2 or ISO27001 is highly welcome).Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, Information Security Support Specialist).Basic English skills.Qualification as an internal control/responsible officerご興味をお持ちいただけましたら、職務経歴書を添えてお早めにご応募ください。
