Currently, we're working on establishing our roastery Role Description This is a full time on-site role for an IT Supervisor located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The IT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support, troubleshooting technological issues, and ensuring smooth IT system functionality. Additionally, the IT Supervisor will coordinate with other departments for IT needs, and collaborate with IT Headquarter to implement technology solutions to enhance productivity and service quality. Qualifications Experience in Information Technology, providing Technical Support, and TroubleshootingProven skills in Team Leadership and Team ManagementStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficientlyBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the retail or food and beverage industry is a plus
