We are looking for IT support to join our global IT team.What You Will DoResponsibility for IT equipment including purchasingInstall and upgrade computer components and softwareApplying and updating required packages and server services, PC, laptopProvide support for Google workspace (G-suite)Manage users and access rights to company applicationsHandle on-boarding/off-boarding process for employees Offer technical support to company staff, both on-site and for remote users and offices.Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issuesManage virtual servers, OS: Windows, LinuxIntegration, configuration, and operation of several systems (such as Monday, Freshdesk, Slack, Integromat), as well as their continuous improvement for all user groupsResponsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualizationSteps Of The Hiring ProcessRecruitment interview.Test task.Technical interview.Final interview with CTO.RequirementsThe experience You will need to successfully complete tasks:At least 2 year experience in an IT support / Help Desk roleKnowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocolsExperience with G Suite ( Gmail, Calendar, Docs, etc.)Familiarity with Cloud platforms is a plusExperience with Integromat, Zapier, Monday is a plusExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Service oriented and positive personStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Self learning abilitiesUpper-intermediate in EnglishDear applicant, after submitting your application, you will be contacted via email.
