With a focus on innovation and user experience, we are driving the evolution of wearable technologyIT Support Engineer - Munich BasedThis position has minimum 3 days/week in-office responsibilitiesTasksProvide IT support and troubleshooting to a wide range of employees across Windows, macOS, and Linux environmentsManage and support SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Monday CRM, Airtable, GitLab, Atlassian, and moreWork with structured data (tables, linked records, syncing automations) and troubleshoot data sync automation errorsCreate and maintain automations and integrations (Make, Zapier, Power Automate, APIs, OAuth 2.0)Assist in expanding, managing, maintaining, monitoring, and documenting Bragi's IT infrastructure, IT policies, and SaaS auditsSupport mission-critical services and servers, assisting teams in deploying updates and enhancementsEnsure the technical and physical security of all network-attached hardware according to accepted security policies, standards, and proceduresProvide technical support and management for network components, including routers, firewalls, switches, controllers, and wireless access pointsRequirementsDegree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent professional experienceExperience supporting and managing SaaS tools such as Microsoft 365, Monday CRM, Airtable, GitLab, Atlassian, and moreKnowledge of structured data, APIs, automation tools (Make, Zapier, Power Automate)Experience with SSO and Entra ID, Client/Server administration, networking, and virtualized environmentsCommand-line skills and troubleshooting mindsetNice to have:Familiarity with scripting for automation and troubleshooting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, Python)Interest in improving IT security, system monitoring, and backup strategiesBasic understanding of automation tools (e.g,.
