IT Support Engineer - Product Company Solutions

Your roleAs an it support engineer, you will report to the Team Manager Manufacturing/Sourcing Solutions in Power Technique IT. You will collaborate closely with IT application owners, business stakeholders, external supplier teams, and internal IT colleagues. This hybrid role combines day-to-day support with opportunities to contribute to structural improvements and minor projects.In your work, the it support engineer ensures incidents are resolved efficiently, root causes are analyzed, and solutions are implemented to minimize future issues. You will handle both functional and technical support for assigned applications, contribute to process optimization, and provide clear documentation and reporting. You will also collaborate with partners or development teams to escalate issues or implement enhancements.
