IT Support Engineer (2+ Years Experience) – Abu Dhabi (Onsite)We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. With good hands-on experience in IT systems, strong troubleshooting skills, and a passion for delivering great client support, Location: Abu Dhabi (Onsite)Experience: 2+ yearsAvailability: Immediate joiners preferredKey Responsibilities:Troubleshooting and configuration of computers, servers, security systems, IP Telephony, CCTV, and storage.Implementing and supporting IT Network Infrastructure.Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VPN environments.Good understanding and configuration skills on Firewalls.Capturing and understanding client queries and requirements.Ensuring all work and materials meet required specifications and standards.Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, supervisors, clients, and site teams.Managing and interpreting contract design documents provided by clients.Resolving unexpected technical issues that arise during implementation.Planning and organizing site activities to meet deadlines.Visiting sites and preparing clear, detailed reports.Strong communication skills in English.Join us and be part of a team delivering smart, reliable, and high-quality IT solutions.
