Keep users informed with clear instructions and timely updates on their support requests.💻 Workstation Support: Manage the installation and configuration of workstations, peripheral devices, and system imaging. Ensure seamless software updates.📦 Asset Management: Handle inventory management, updating CMDB, and facilitate user onboarding/offboarding, equipment replacements, upgrades, and expansions.🛡️ Cybersecurity Interventions: Conduct antivirus checks and perform necessary security actions to safeguard our systems.🔐 VPN Configuration: Set up and troubleshoot Virtual Private Networks.💾 Software Support: Install and update requested software like Notepad++ and AutoCAD LT, ensuring users have the tools they need.🔑 Password Management: Handle user account unlocks and password resets with ease.💾 Backup Solutions: Provide local backup support upon request to protect vital data.🎥 Video Conferencing Support: Assist with video conferencing setup, local interventions, and offer user support for their tech needs.🌐 Network Services Support: Provide local support for network equipment interventions, run network point tests, and aid with shared folder access.🖨️ Print Services Support: Oversee installation and troubleshooting of print services, including managing toner replacements and coordinating with service providers.🤝 External Suppliers Management: Coordinate and manage local supplier visits under the guidance of Central IT.🎓 Required Skills & Experience:Excellent communication skills in Italian a must !
