IT Support Engineer (Malaysia based), MNC

Our client is an international business consulting and accounting group with well-established business across Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Korean, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, Dubai, India and China with 20+ years consecutive years. Core ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day IT support to users across multiple offices.Troubleshoot and maintain accounting software (Autocount) and/or Odoo platformsSet up and configure software applications and toolsConduct routine checks and upkeep of servers, networks, and IT infrastructureAdminister and manage Microsoft 365 user accountsQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experienceAct as the primary contact for resolving software and IT-related issuesMinimum 3 years of experience supporting accounting software (required for senior-level applicants)Prior experience with Autocount is highly desirableProficiency in Odoo system setup and understanding of its technical frameworkSolid background in IT support with strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilitiesKnowledge of programming and MSSQL database management is a plusSelf-motivated, able to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentWillingness to take on additional tasks as assigned by supervisorsTraining will be provided for candidates with less experienceFluency in English and Chinese/Cantonese preferred (to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)Candidates available for immediate start are preferredInterested candidates, please share your CV to gloria.ho@linksinternational.com or +852 97386625 for further discussion.
